Currently using Quark 4.11 on System 9.2

Just purchased a new Canon IP4000 printer and installed it 3 days ago. No problem printing... today I printed a book cover at 90% and now every new document prints at 90% although in the page setup it says 100%. For example, I created a new file, drew an outlined picture box 5" x 5", and it printed out at 4.75 x 4.75. It also reduces the image size as well. Quit all programs, rebooted, deleted Quark's preferences.

Any sanity you might offer is greatly appreciated.

Thank YOU!

Sounds more like a printer preference problem...? Did you try shutting down the printer?

It could be a postscript driver---go to your chooser and see if you have the right postscript driver loaded.

Yes to both question and comment.

PD, When I closed down all software and rebooted my machine, I also shut off the printer.

JK, The icon selected in the chooser is IP4000.

Every other program prints appropriately, its just Quark that's quirky...

Any suggestions?

Thank you so much guys.

Sounds like your printer. Try setting the printer to its factory defaults. There maybe a 2 button combination that you press to achieve this. Or try other PS drivers in your chooser.
