Hehe...never heard of a lemon cucumber.
I think someone should develop cubic, single-serve watermelons so they don't roll around in the fridge.

There's a company in Japan that grows watermelons in square plastic molds. You just put the baby watermelon through the neck of this mold that looks like a clear plastic jug of a rounded corner cube shape, and let it grow up in there. They sell them, I'm told, for $80 each.
