Bad Design Kills (http://www.baddesignkills.com/)

I don't know if anyone ever posted this before (did a search, nothing came up), but Netdiver.net posted a link to this site. As written on their site:

Part prankster, part provocateur, BadDesignKills, a new site for professional designers, launched this year on January 12 to cajole an industry invaded by $29.95 hack logos and cheap clipart collections. The incendiary yet humorous poke at poor design has dual motives: to make fun of the ignorance and cutrate solutions professionals struggle against, and to generate awareness about the nature of good (and bad) design in the public arena. Created by Von Glitschka.

Yep, I posted the BadDesignKills.com link here (http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5635) previously. In May I wore one of Von's BDK T-shirts when I spoke at the local Art Institute here in Portland. Within a couple days the downloaded sticker images were all over the school. I think the educational message is a great one - and it's conveyed to others in a fun manner.

LOL, I guess I didn't search hard enough. Oh well, Netdiver just posted it today so I thought it was newish, but I see that it's been up since January.

BTW Jeff, I just finished "The Savvy Designer's Guide To Success"...I probably should have gotten that a looonggg time ago! Thanks for the excellent book.

It's also featured in the August version of HOW. Page 16, I think.

Speaking of bad design ... that site actually requires javascript to get beyond the frontpage, despite it only being used to detect flash.
