Where's the best place in the UK to study graphic design?

Try include what's so good about that certain Uni/College. Whether it has good ties with the industry, and what's the course structure like.

I hate to ask this, but could someone also throw some light on whether I should educate futher in graphic design or whether education is not important in design. Is Morea still about?

Oh, and which is better, a Degree (BA?) or HND?
