I always get good advice on books, I am looking to learn after effects this time, can anyone suggest a great "teach yourself" book? thanks

i bought 'after effects in production' for about six mounth ago. i think it was ok. maybe for beginners. but if your'e new in ae i could really recomend it! i think it was someone 'meyer' who wrote it. so look for meyer, i think theres more books about after effects from him/her.
