help with Quark missing profiles!

Hi,
I haven't been using Quark frequently and don't know how to solve a problem which is probably very simple.
I use a Mac (osX) and work on Quark 5.01 in Classic.
When I open any Quark document a window opens up saying that "Application uses profile not installed in your system" . It says that the calibrated profile is missing.
I mostly use Photoshop and periodically calibrate my monitor but I don't remember that happening before, I haven't changed my settings in Quark either so i don't know what to do.
I will appreciate any help.

I wouldn't worry about it...unless it's affecting the output's colour.

Have you noticed anything about it?
