what really sucks is that you can't save down to indesign 2 from CS
I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner.*
And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town.

Watch out for your text when saving as Legacy. It becomes practically unedittable. Always keep a CS version of your doc.
And watch out for your colors if you save as Legacy below Illy V9.

If you convert all text to outlines it should work OK, but re colours, Ill 10 does not save colours from CS properly either (e.g. black goes brown???? go figure). Does anyone know how to do a good save from CS to 10 if you have PS images embedded? Some of mine have gone pale even with an EPS save.

don't embed them.

Wow Freehand is at v10? Missed a few upgrades I guess.
There is something weird about Illy CS eps files. I've had trouble opening them in Illustrator 10! Might be a cross platform thing but haven't checked into it yet.
