I loved the picture at the top. Stylish colors and good composition. You seem to have a lot of weird creatures around you. Do they just pop up when you bring out your camera or what? ;)

actually, there are critters all around - I think that if you set out trying to photograph them, you concentrate harder on seeing them! It's really easy to overlook them if you aren't searching carefully. :p

Well I should look closer. There are in fact 6 billion of us all around. :D

I love that second pic of the side view of him..very cool! Ya know..their color almost looks irodescent (sp) doesn't it? Very cool! Too bad I don't live near more nature like you guys :( lol

It's beautiful... and scary, to think that frogs may not survive to see my grandkids (when they come). The secret to their survival --up til now--has been their magical skin. Only, for the frog it works both ways: toxins out, toxins in.

(Wow, an eco-poem!)

Both of them are really great pictures. I love their vibrancy and colour, the compositions are wonderful also. Very well spotted!

Go ahead and post your frogs! There are some other threads around here for collective butterflies and caterpillars, if you have any of those.
