All you, 10,000 posting, Salad battling, Bush ripping, Birthday celebrating, Back hurting, Florida hating, Post labor day blue, Surrounded by idiots, Tropical font wanting, Made dumb by IM, Windmill chasing, Graphic Designers!!!

Have a great weekend!!! http://home.comcast.net/~rnick9/eatdrink042.gif

Ok, due to your vagueness, I'm going to have to assume that you've just discovered a third nipple, which would normally be great news, but then you learned that it's non-functional.

My advice: Cheer up! At least you've got something the rest of us only dream of!

lol (but not really out loud) (so really just the "l" part) (but if I used just the "l" you would have no idea what I was saying)

Mynock maybe you should have used a different phrase like...

mh - mildly humorous.
kf - kinda funny.
sa - sorta amusing.
mmgbnl - made me grin but not laugh.
acas - almost cracked a smile.

Personally I think Delete's comment is very funny. Not quite a ROFL, but is a solid LOL.

LMFAO @ JP!!!! I *do* have carpel tunnel but I figure - what the hell, everyones gettin it so I wanted to join in* :p

*kidding of course...LOL
sorry ^^ I'm use to using disclaimers at work alot..haha

Ok listen folks, morea told me I can't take a vacation until I have 1000 posts here. I need 69 more (after this one) to post by friday's end, so just wanted to warn you there'll be an unprecedented flood of pure stupidity coming from moi! Feel free to run for cover if ya feel the need :)

posts aren't SUPPOSED to be stupid?

sorry, everyone

*hangs head in shame and leaves*

I play practical jokes on senior citizens and children because they can't fight back.

I happen to know for a fact that corn cannot type....but they do stalk.

In a similar vein, I have decided to just let the crab grass take over the regular grass. It grows quickly, I don't need to reseed it or fertilize it, and the stuff is drought resistant. When we get a spell without rain, the regular grass turns brown, and the crab grass is just as green as ever. Stupid societal norms! I reject the "system," and I defy "the man!" I will grow crab grass on my lawn, and to heck with "real" grass! Who decides what is "real" grass, and what is a "weed," anyway?

Hmmm. Maybe I need to cut back on the coffee...

LOL! Great post, Kool!

This whole week has been really odd... four day work weeks will do that to you. If anyone cares to join myself and D-Zine in our quest to see why the heck that is, we plan to propose to our bosses that we work only 4-day weeks until we have the whole thing figured out. I really think that they will support us, considering that it is all in the name of science. :p

It's a Detroit thing and it's an octopus. :)

Quoted from http://www.kidzworld.com/site/p1909.htm

Octopus On Ice
For nearly 50 years, hockey fans in Detroit have been throwing octopi on to the ice after a big win by the Red Wings. This started on April 15, 1952 during the Red Wings' Stanley Cup run. Two brothers, Pete and Jerry Cusimano, who owned a fish shop in Detroit threw an octopus on the ice during a game in Detroit. Each tentacle of the octopus was symbolic of a win in the playoffs. Back then, the NHL had just six teams and eight wins (two best-of-seven series) were needed to win the Stanley Cup. The largest octopus to be thrown on the ice was a 50 pounder in 1996. The creature was proundly displayed on the hood of the Zamboni while the ice at the Joe Louis Arena was being cleaned between periods.

You know what? I bet the reason they did it here was because Detroit is (ok, WAS) our parent team!

Detroit Red Wings -> Adirondack Red Wings. They moved away a couple years ago and we got an IHL team... I haven't been to a game since!

"Cephalopod" literally means "head-foot" because that's all that class of shell-less mollusks resembles.

Besides the octopus and the squid, the nautilus is also a cephalopod.

http://www-biol.paisley.ac.uk/biomedia/graphics/jpegs/nautilus.jpg
I learned that in my marine biology class. :D

Oh, and Joe doesn't use a browser. He is connected to the internet like the people in the matrix.

evisceration - the violent expulsion of the gut. In this case, the cuke basically expels a portion of its digestive system (guts) onto the substrate.
