Webspace?

Hey does anyone here know any good reliable Webspace Providers that accept PayPal as payment if outside the UK.... or one thats in the UK that accepts Debit Card?

I'm just looking for some space to store stuff in and do stuff on but dont wanna spend too much...

Anyone got any ideas?
