Forms in GoLive 6

I'm trying to create a survey using GoLive 6 but I'm not sure exactly which features would be best to use to accomplish my goals...So, in short, does anyone here know where I can find a good tutorial on forms using GoLive? Thanks!

There is more to forms than just slapping them in there. You have to have a program to take the information entered into the form.

What do you want to do with the information once its sent? Email it? Store it in a database?

I suggest you do a search on free surveys.

That's what I've been trying to do, with little success.

I have some of the basics of creating forms in GoLive down, but some of the details are still going right over my head. Mainly, like how to avoid sending the form through email since it forces the surveyee to have their email program enabled through their browser. I would rather have it go to a database but I'm not sure how to do that in GoLive.
