Hiya folks,

I'm new here today ... glad to meet ya'll.http://www.graphicdesignforum.com/emoticons/icon_lol.gif

I'm trying to design a race flag in Illustrator. The flag will be part of a logo. The logo is being designed in Illustrator. I've been using Illustrator for a few years ... but I don't have any xtra filters for it, so I'm limited to what I can do ... or at least what Iknow HOWto do.

I've got the square with the b&w checkerboard pattern, but when I turn it, the pattern inside turns also, and then it's more triangle than squares. UGH!

How do I turn it, and 'wave' it ... as a flag, without distorting the inside 'pattern'?

I'd really appreciate any help I can get on this!

Thanks,
Dee

Hi Dee, welcome to the forum. Here's a tutorial for you. It uses an american flag but should work for you. /emoticons/cool.gif
