hi
please tell me some one how to design a interface?
actual application is COLLAGE INFORMATION SYSTEM, this programm is developing using VB,and Oracle database for that have to design a interface so please can some one give me information how to go about it.

interface color mode (RGB or any other), which output format(gif or jpg) is best for this and what are the things i should keep in mind when im desinging a interface.(im using photoshop 7) please suggest me.
