Very nice! I like the colour combination you've used here. The solid black bar at the top, the diagonal dark red on red stripes & the over state of the buttons all work together nicely.
It looks very modern and I'm sure your clients are happy with it. What kind a database did you use for the inventory search? Would they (your client) be able to update their inventory or are you doing the maintenance also?

We didnt touch the inventory...they go through a really awesome Auto database provider called Dealer Specialties...we just routed it there.
Its updateable too.

On Profiles under Ryan Knollenberg it says "Drem Car:" when it should say "Dream Car" just so you know. You might want to look everything over again.

Looks real sharp to me, that tire photograph is very sexy.
Don't know what you charged them but I would definately say they got there moneys worth.

Good catch....we did proof it 4 times but when you get too close to it, you sometimes miss it.

Why The Inventory button opens a new window when other buttons in the row do it in the same window? Don't like the white space at the right in the History section. And where are copyrights? It would look even better if the banner at the top was made with Flash.

The Inventory is my least fav part of it.....the reason why it opens up in a popup is because they already had that part precoded by another firm 5 years ago. It looked bizzare opening in our space.
As for Flash, it was a usability issue....most of their web traffic was people over 40+ and when you factor in the fact that this is Nebraska, odds are that they would not have a flash player installed and be on a dialup.
Plus, you get what you pay for :)
simple and nice ! The photos in profiles might need some color correction to get rid of that orange tint. Good job!

Looks really nice Greenthumb. You guys did a snapping job. Nice layout. To bad the owner doesn't realize that not smiling in the photo destroys any sort of friendlyness he might want to convey.
How come the email isn't a hyperlink? If your avoiding spam spiders, then maybe a email form?
Really like the bits and peices that break the frames here and there.

The email contact info is a JPEG of text, which circumvents the spider problem--or at least has till now.
I agree, smiling is good..people should smile more!!

i have one thing to point it here:
using 800*600: the page is filled totally by the links and pic of tyre
the real content is still way below
there are some people still using 800*600 (agree that they are not a high percentage of the total internet users) but we should consider them too as target user

I did think about the 800 x 600 user category. Part of me wanted to make it more functional for them...but part of me just completely refuses to acknowledge them.
They get up, turn their 640 kb RAm, 400 MHZ, 800x600 computer on and then count sand on their abacus. Nobody likes them.
