great in black..but Mynock is right..kinda need to give us more before we can really determine if these work..I would be careful with the cross hatch background..

or graphics company
I know those are two way different companies or groups

For a youth group: adjectives, motion, &/or latin/greek words are overused, figure something else out
For a graphics company: I like it. develop the first one a bit more (try and build a little more momentum into it, no pun intended) and then incorporate that into the 2nd option and you have your self a very universal logo,

the third one makes me go nuts...it makes my eyes start watering because it looks like its moving back and forth really fast...but its all very cool. i like #2/#1...maybe a mixture/adaptation of those 2...i dont know. good job

#2 seems fitting for a youth group, although it's lacking some concept. I like the "urban" quality of the graffitti stencil overspray kind of thing you've got going, but it could use some finesse. I read foward motion, but that's it... It's just an arrow. A payoff would be nice.
As far as the graphics company goes, there's a wordwide agency that's pretty well known (coca-cola, minute maid, budweiser, john deer, etc.) called momentum. http://www.momentumww.com/momentumww.html
I'd probably come up with a different name for a graphics company.

I had not realized that there was such a company
very clean, very edgy, and it doesn't look too much like the element logo. (good thing)
definitely number 1 methinks. Number three is painful to look at. Number 2 doesn't look quite right, its like the paint splatters are just tacked on.
