lets say little johnny gets a piggy bank with $30 in it.
he can spend this money at any rate he wants, and will be given more at random times for varried ammounts in addition to the initial $30.
in 10 months, johnny has managed to spend $33.25.
even though johnny has overspent his budget, he spends another $5.75 because there was a rumor he was going to have another $2.50 added to his bank soon.
so now, Johnny has exceeded his budget $11 and thinks everything will be ok in another 2 months.
if the numbers had another 6 digets behind them, do you think "Johnny" and his accompliaces should go to jail, or atleat be removed from financial decisions in the future?
