hi all!
i NEED some help :)
i like this image im just made ... at least what is seen so far a lot.

www.markusmooslechner.com/circles.jpg

still, i think it NEEEEEEDDDs something - the background i guess is real boring -
the problem is: the shape of the artwork should remain as it is - adding some blur would be ok -
i would be happy to hear your pro-ideas/feels etc.....

thx

you need to tell us more about this piece, what are you using it for? whats the target market?

just looks like 'artistic' scribbling to me

well - it "could" end up as a canvas or foto-film print.
for a better understanding:

www.markusmooslechner.com -> that is what i do. all those artworks

are printed - either on paper, canvas or film(laminated on canvas)
the target market are galleries etc....
sizewise i would go to about 100x100 cms or so.

if you feel the image is really too much "artistic" scribbling thats fine - maybe i just got distracted and should wastebin it .... hmmmm - i like it though :(

I like it except for the stars. Everything else appears random. Those stars are too rigid and recognizable as shapes.

While I'm not a fan of this type of art many of your images have a certain organic quality I can relate to on a scientific level in come cases and a Rorshak-test kind of way on others. I almost hate to say it cuz it's not a bad thing, but this one in particular reminds of the death of chickens (Old childhood memory. I grew up knowing where my meat came from.). It doesn't really need a background to muddy it up.

Well you could add some more of those shape things only blur them allot to give the feel of depth. Some smaller images in the back, blurred and some larger in the front, blurred. like this:

Paint splatter. Every peice could use a healthy dose of paint splatter.
Paint splatter never failed anyone.

The world would be better with more (yes) paint splatter.

Btw, I like your gallery. Some great pieces on there. I really like the minimalistic ones as this one here.
