I'm going to create free avatars and onine identities.
i actually like it, don't have much to say at all. except there is too little space inside the box. the C thingys clash and make my eyes funny

Yeah. I dig that logo :|
I guess my only gripe is that its blurry in the middle. Unless that was intentional, I'd create the logo in illustrator to make sure its crisp :/

i'd say thats a compression issue because its a jpeg, you should have used a gif.

Yah, I published it in gif, and it is alot clearer, y is illistrator so mush better than FW for "crispness"?

All and all, pretty good. Good one guru
its got nothing to do with illustrator and 'for web', gif compression algorithms handle large areas of a solid colour and lines much better. Whereas jpeg is more suited for photographs. BTW 'for web' does give you the option for saving as gif.

I like it... except I dont really see any reason for the C3 to be a different color... or at least not that color... make the colors contrast more or just make it all white. (my opinion)

not bad. I didn't see 3 c's at first, i saw 3 L's and i'm with satchel on the colors. either make it all one color, or make a bigger difference in the 2 colors.
Not bad Guru ;)
What if you were to increased the space in between the c's so that the top of c #2 doubles as the bottom of c #1. Do you c what I mean? Or am I describing things unclear-c

I understand jpg compression and artifacts, but what I am seeing is blur on the middle, and not the top or bottom, like he used the vector path tool, copied the path, and its just a tad too offset. It just caught my eye is all.

part of the reason the logo is effective is because the "arrows" inside the box look somewhat like the letter "C" - you are using 3 of them, and calling the company C3, it works on two levels.

Bravo Guru!!! Now you can begin to add the rainbow gradients, drop shadows, bevels, & lens flares and then you will really have something special. ;)

Looks good. My only crit is that the elements in the box look like arrows and draw the eye towards the upper left edge of the box and away from the name.
Here's a quick tweak of what it would look like with the arrows leading the eye towards the company name. You decide.

I'm impressed by your use of type. You grasp of what good fonts are and the placements of those fonts. I'm a year into school and some of my fellow students still don't get it.

What does C3 creations do?Well...duh...they create C3 :D
I think the logo looks good (I like the 2nd version better) but my personal preference would be to use a more square font (think they're called pixle fonts) to tie together with the overall shape of the logo. Like someone else said, I would also put a little more space between the "c" inside the box and the inside edge of the box.

how could i have been so stupid.
