A small [low-budget] grassroots multicultural publication is looking for a designer to layout pages for its next issue using Adobe Indesign software. Position will be home/web-based and if we love your work will rehire for future work.

All text, graphics, illustrations, and photography will be provided.

Do you get replies from all places you send resumes?
Especially from a blind ad on an internet forum.
Chalk it up as a loss and move on.

also if they supply text, illustrations, photography and text.... is there actually that much design left?...

sounds like a sh*t deal, id rather stuff angry wasps up my arse than work on your tin pot magazine...
