IDCS Quick queston

Hey guys, Just a quick one.

I have a two page PDF that i'm placing onto a proofsheet. How do you tell IDCS to place the second page and not the first?

Not sure how it works in CS, but in CS2 when you place the PDF, and you have the Import Options checked, it will ask which page you want placed.
