Michael Vale, also known through his acting role as Dunkin' Donuts' "Fred the Baker," drives down Newbury Street to Copley Square, in Boston, in 1997. Vale made the announcement in Copley Square that he was retiring from Dunkin' Donuts. Vale died Saturday at age 83 in New York City. I haven't seen him on tv since I was a kid, but can you imagine? He was in over 1300 commercials!
