I have a real estate agent that wants an MLS search - anyone have experience with this???

Never heard of it. What's an MLS search? How does it differ from any other search?
Ugh. They always ask for this. It makes sense for them, but I think MLS has their own thoughts on the matter.
Check the MLS site for the rules (or call them), but I know in my area -- there is a disclaimer right on the site that you can't use their data on another site.
I've seen some agents use frames (barf), loading the MLS site into their own and keeping their brand present on all pages.

thats right, so toss a link up on it. I thought the mls was a tool for realtors only anyway, but I guess any joe can go on and look at it.
Yes, I have tons of migranes, I mean experience. First what will you be pulling the data from? IDX, link are they uploading? many variables still to come. Let me know and I hope I can direct you.
What is the server you are running off of?
