I'm working on a marketing packet for a production company and some of the problems with it is that there is too much text. Whats the best way to deal with a lot of information on a page and still make it look inviting?

If you have to leave it all in there then you have to find creative ways to break it up so its not so blahhh..know what I mean?

Make the text a design element of some sort.

Make the font size 6pt. show them and tell them listen if you don't want it to look like this then we need to remove some text.
I always tell them here they go back and edit thats there job.

yeah...explain that nobody will read that many words on a page

tell the client they need to chop it up some... or just read it and take out the parts that don't seem nessicary, or shorten the sentances.... give it back the client to proof it and charge them for your time...
it sucks but its easy and the client will usually be happy that they didn't have to deal with it.
