I need to do make a movie clip that just runs forever, creating a random, scrolling effect of clouds on a blue background...I'd love some help with that..

I wrote a little ditty in actionscript that imports Lat/Long (from a shape file) and uses createEmptyClip to draw the 48 US States. IS there a way that I can code something to save those movies into the library so that I can save some time on my run, this will loop infinitely and it'd be cool to be able to do that...
ALSO
I want to be able to input and plot a lat/long point (which I can do) and then have actionscript export the resulting ENTIRE image out to an EPS file, ideally it would put each movieclip on its own layer....
