Did anyone else eat way too much over the past month and a half and are now feeling the effects? ok yeah, me too. Tonight I am beginning a new workout program, maybe one I'll stick with ;o)

Oh no not me, got all cleaned out. Fixed a large dinner(for Christmas) with a $90 beef tenderloin and ate a large portion, couple of hours later recieved a gift (stomach virus) from my nephew which cleaned me out all night and the next day.Coupled with a 101 fever I lost weight! Now I feel great. Thanks nephew!

I didn't really eat too much. Since it was just me and the wife, we didn't do anything huge. Grilled up some steaks and sweet potatoes on x-mas, some chili on new year's.

I swear I haven't eaten more than normal, and have been exercising, but this blasted body of mine is trying to conserve every particle of fat I ingest to get me through the winter. ARGH!

I didn't overindulge too much, but most of that is by conscious effort...my running shoes have become pretty much cushionless and my shins have been killing me for the past few weeks. I want to try a pair of those "barefoot" Nike shoe things, as much as an oxymoron that sounds. So no I didn't eat too much.

Oh golly - YES. I didn't eat that much... but HOLY CRAP did I put on some wigglies I never had before!
I've stopped all caffeine to see if that's my problem... and making more veggie soups. DH hasn't mentioned it, but he put on a few pounds over the holidays too.
Now that the feral dogs have been picked up, it's fairly safe to walk the neighborhood again, so the girls and I (my dogs) have been out walking every day.
I don't think I ate too much.
I'm more worried about my clothes dryer right now. The heating element must be overheating. It shrunk all my pants.
Yeah, that must be it... the heating element.

Yuck. Yes. Was feeling that way even before holidays. Quit smoking 9/12 and put on 5 lbs. in like 2 minutes. Have the treadmill set up in the office. Now to figure out how to turn it on....

I ate a lot on the actual holiday, but my breakup and having to stay living with the ex has caused me to actually do the stress uneating. I don't eat unless I'm hungry, and I so far have lost all the weight I gained in college.

I ate like a hog with a tapeworm, didn't exercise one bit and consumed a good amount of beer. I am sure I will pay for it some day but I don't believe in crossing bridges until they get within sight.

I ate more than I would've liked, but I don't regret it at all. My dad cooked a lovely prime rib on Christmas day, and the rest of our stops (my mom, the wife's parents, the extended family) were just side dishes and desserts for me. I like to get the menu ahead of time and plan out very carefully what will likely be the best food at each place. Miraculously, I didn't gain any weight through the holidays (didn't lose any either, though).

I'm thin as a rail so the more I eat the better. I tried to eat as much as possible durin the holidays, but not sure if I actually gained any weight.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Sorta. I was going to say it isn't fair and I hate people like you who eat EVERYTHING and are still so skinny they can turn sideways, stick their tongue out and look like a zipper.

Gah... darn you people who can eat everything and be thin!
I think I only gained about a pound over the holidays. It's the rest of the year I have to worry about. Those slow-movin' pounds that creep up on you.
