I was checking out all of the updates for iWork 06 and Pages is loaded with even more layout and design capabilities, a bezier tool, masks, image editing capability, & more! Though it's no where near as in depth as Quark, InDesign, PS, or Illy it still looks pretty intense... not to mention they've added the ability to put tables/cells and use calculations in it, while being packed with keynote for $79 you can't beat it. But maybe it will beat us?

"My son's friend can do that in "Pages" for free all I have to do is buy $79 worth of program. Why should I pay you?"

Because I can design a page layout without the temptation of using Comic Sans, and I am educated in knowing "how to design", what about your son's friend? :p

I just got in a 244 page Word file complete with graphics! No Comic Sans! I'm in love!!!

So iWorks's is going to be in direct competition with Publisher?
Mac users rejoice!!! The tables have now gone 360 degrees!!
