Text frame in Master page (InDesign)

i have the CS 3.0
How can I apply the text frame to all pages? I want all pages with text frame according the master page. is it possible? if yes, how? I´ll post more questions soon... Ps: anyone knows where i can download guides or tutorials to indesign?

What you have to do is create a frame in your master page. Then take the master page icon and drag it to the pages you created this should update those pages with the master page look. Let me know if this works.

did you check 'Master Text Frame' in the doc setup box?

I'm not a real graphic designer, but I do play one on tv

go to A-master page and make a text box . if u want a line as a frame in the text box. just pick black while selection tool active not Type tool
