Does anyone else play Guild Wars (http://www.guildwars.com)?
Mynock and I where chill'n last night.
I was helping him with quests, It would be cool if we get more peeps from GDF in Guild Wars, for like a weekend thing or what not.

Hell yeah :D , I'm waiting for factions.
I have class combos of every class (Warrior/Monk[15], Necro/Mesmer[9], Ranger/Elemental[20]), so I'll be doing one of the two new classes: Ritualist and Assasin (might be Assasin:Ritualist).
I've also been hearing some extra cool things about it. Grapevine stuff.
I'll buy the box at a store though, not much into downloading or waiting for that shipping crap. Usually they have stuff in expansion boxes (There where stuff in the Everquest expansion boxes.)

Dont forget the graphics are awsome. Alot better than some of those you pay per month for.

Thank you Drorain. I have yet to meet anyone else with that opinion. They're fun for a little while (two matches no longer than 10 minutes), but get old QUICK. Especially with douchebag competitors.

I dont like Halo, a few rounds of Counterstrike, TFC (Team Fortress Classic), Jedi Academy, or Starwars Battle Front is fun.

I have faster reaction with a keyboard and mouse, I can't stand using console controllers for a FPS game.

Don't hole Metroid Prime as a FPS like those other turd-churners. It is not your conventional first person game, but a vast adventure/explorative game. I've heard people moan and groan because the two analog sticks don't control movement alone, just the one on the left does and the one on the right selects the different weapons. I've NEVER had a problem figuring out the controls.

Totally different feel. It's FP, but not a shooter in the traditional sense. A lot of exploration is involved, although there are some frantic firefights. If you played it, it definitely feels more like a Metroid game than a carbon-copy FPS set in the Metroid universe.

It's like comparing NES Contra to Super Mario Bros because both are sidescrollers...hell compare NES Contra to NES Metroid because both are sidescroller shooters. Very different feel and control.

And the beloved ten/twelve years old on XBox Live calling each other "gay" ;)
And Reuber is right; if you play Metroid Prime for a little while....while it does share FPS traits, it doesn't feel / play quite like your typical FPS, more like a platformer truly gone 3D.

Sure you can, just sell the account on those things buy account places lol attach cd keys to the accounts (change passwords to something simple).
Sadly I'll never get back the (approx) $1260 for the 5 years of EQ, if i sold mine. so its not worth it IMO, I'll just destroy the disks, and let the account rot.
