Anyone know where to get a board game printed?

I am doing a prototype board game for a client who is submitting their game to Mattel. I want to print out the board game on actual board game material. Are there any places that will do this or should I just find a used board game and glue my design over the top?

Used board game and glue on your new design....best idea to date!!! I was going to suggest 1/4' black gator board, with a photomatte print & lustre lam, but you said you want it to be actual board material. You've got the right idea, go with it.
