Yes it should. Also, in my opinion, I think you need to work out the light rays in the background idea a bit more. Right now they look more like an after thought rather than planned. I dig the font and the treatment of it, it reminds me of the old 1930's movie studios and the way they used to do their text on their radio mics and gates to their lots.

The fish and cat sort of sit funny with me. They are almost (especially the cat) frightening. That is fine if that is what you are going for. But they aren't really "real" looking or "cartoonish" I guess they lack style.

I like your concept of the cat+fish. It's a cool concept, just need to tweak the application a bit and your gold. Hope this helps.

I like the lettering treatment a lot. Definitely has that old movie studio style.

Not liking the cat and fish at all. Sorry. They are just kind of slapped on there to me and don't interact well with one another. I would suggest you look at a version of it where they are either equivalent (Think a Ying-Yang approach) or that they relate to one another.

Maybe fish head sticking out one side, cat head out another. I know it's just a draft, so do I need to mention that the illustration needs a lot of work? The overall concpt is working. Light rays, ring, text. All good. Just work the key elements I think.

Hope that helps!

this one's getting pretty much scrapped, i wonder if i should keep the circle concept though? ill make another draft, though mostly different...

The font should be slightly larger if you keep the circle, although it depends what sort of use this would be for, practical, it's quite awkward to read but otherwise it's cool that it's a bit different. Scrap (or change) the rays of light though.

Put the fish in the cat's mouth. Fixes composition and the lack of a mouth.
Watch out for gradients. What does this look like in black and white? (not grayscale)
