I'm web designer from Europe. I moving to States this spring, and I need to know how much I must earn to live in New York, Brooklin ?

Depnds on if you want an apartment or a closet complete with cockroaches. LOL. I don't mean to frighten you but living decently is not going to be cheap but maybe some of our resident New Yorkers can answer that better. BTW Jersey isn't cheap either, but not quite as expensive.

There are also cost of living calculators for large city to large city in the states. Not sure if there is one for country to states.

you can look on salary.com then subtract 10k...theres a realistic number

You are planning on moving to one of the most expensive cities in the world to live in, doing a job, in a city where "web designers" are a dime a dozen. Seriously, think about a city where you might not have so much competition, unless you are really good. If you don't have a job lined up, I would consider a city with more opportunities, and a lower cost of living.
