1. Works Burger: Beef, cheese, beetroot, onion, pineapple, bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato, BBQ sauce, jalepeneos (Oh yeah)
2. Ham and Cheese Melt (classic)
3. Tarragon Chicken
4. Waygu Beef, in a pepper sauce with pureed spinach, sauted truffles and Gnocci on the side. (you have got to try Waygu beef, if i could live off anything for the rest of my life it would be Waygu beef)

1. The birth of my two sons
2. The first time I held my oldest...and discovered I had NEVER known what love really was before that moment. (I have been told becoming a grandparent is even more overwelming)
3. The cold water breaking over the side of the brig at midnight during a storm on Lake Erie (8th grade field trip). The waves crashed against the ship, and we were harnessed to the railing so we wouldn't fall overboard.
4. Watching my grandfather breathe his last breath as his son read an Episcopal prayer telling the dying soul it is OK to let go. He had suffered from Alzheimer's Disease all my life (I was 17 when he died-when I was 5 he took me to his mother's to dig up potatoes before he became delusional) and had been on a feeding tube (and unresponsive) for a good ten years. We celebrated his life at his funeral, and it was the most beautiful thing I had ever witnessed.

I planted some pumpkin last season, and have harvested twice. It grows well in these parts (semi arid) as its drought resistant. I haven't tried any pies yet as I find the intricacies of preparing the crumbly crust gruelling, but I've made:

Cabbage and pumking stew
pumking and mince chicken stew
pumkin and carrot patties for vege burgers (you grate the steamed pumkin and raw carrots - mix with spring onions and spices of your choice - bind them with egg white and fry)

It's great in salads, hamburgers or roasted. It's an awesome deep purple red colour too. Careful will stain just about anything.

2. Getting my first computer, a TI86. I must have been about 11 and I flunked most of my classes the next year because I spent all day in school writing programs in TI basic and then coming home and typing them in.
3. Watching the snow fall and the moon shine on the ocean from my bedroom window when I lived in Alaska.
4. My first semester in the design program, and how insanely fun and great it was to be learning design, then realizing that people were really going to pay me to play around with text and color and shape until it looked good.

3. The shrimp and vegetables with garlic bread plate that you can only get at the San Pedro Pier in California. Best Garlic bread on the planet and the food is cooked about as fresh as it could be. (You buy your catch then hand it to the cook) There's a bit of a downfall though since the area's exceptionally dirty inside, and if you go outside its cold and you spend the majority of the time gaurding your food from sea gulls.:mad: This is all assuming you went when the place wasn't crowed.
