CMYK to RGB - how?

I have 420 pics which i want to convert from CMYK to RGB.
i havd photoshop 6.0 installed, but i can only open 24 pics at a time.
is there any way to open all the pics at once, and convert them all to RGB?

or do i have to use another program?

record an Action of you Converting a CMYK image to RGB, then hit stop
File>Automate>Batch Process
select the action you created and the files you want to use that action then hit OK.

Yup, batch processing is the way to go. Get it running, take a break and come back when it's done.
