One of my customers hired a new marketing director and we worked on first project this week. Was a bit apprehensive about how he would operate,etc. I got lucky! He communicated his ideas and visions for the project, we had 4 proofs back & forth. On the last proof I had noticed a graphic element was affecting some text after I had sent the proof. I fixed it and resent - super minor change but here was his reply...
"Good for you, I noticed the coin effecting the copy too. Just thought would be better to go with it rather than knit pick you."
Aaaaahhhhhhh.
