I keep getting errors on some of my pages after a server move - in Firefox the browser just starts to freeze up, but in IE I get an error I've never seen before: Error 623: The system could not find the phone book entry for this connection

Does this sound like a coding issue on the pages, a problem with my PC, or a server issue?

I treated it as a PC error and copied a file as directed after Googling for the error message, but I'm still having problems.

I would be so grateful for some advice on this.

EDIT: Oh, an example page where I've seen this is:

Loads fine here too, just as it did over on small biz computing where you posted it. I even clicked a few links. No errors of any kind to report

Thank you for looking - I can only presume that it's entirely a PC error then.

It just seems strange that it should only happen just after a server move - didn't have this problem at all, and the "errors on page" in IE had me wondering if there was a HTML or JS issue that might trigger such an oblique error message.

Well I tell you what it could be, it might be that some page elements are cached on your machine. Try dumping all offline content and cookies.

Oh, and I checked in fireschlocks too. No freeze up, no problems of any kind.
