Hi All,
I am new here from England. I have been looking at this forum a lot lately but never had the guts to really join and post lol.
I have been designing since I was around 13 years of age (I am now 25) but took a break lately. I have never earned any money from my designs because I have never really “worked” in design. It’s just something I have as a passion and do at home, then just stick all my designs in a file and forget about them  . Having said that though, I have worked for a couple of design companies one being Sun Microsystems, but not as a designer. Normally I would always work as an admin girl, which is kinda stupid since I am dyslexic.
Anyway, my designs have always been slightly ott, and I try to change my style as often as I can. I have no idea what story my example above states, other then the fact I was a women in a bad mood when I designed it lol. I try not to have the photo(s) do all the work. I have seen some designs where its literally just all cropped photos, which is cool but I just feel like Ive done a half assed job. So I work the images around my artwork rather then the other way around. I have a website but I am still tweaking and adding new work to it.
Emma.
