Apparently two former Goldman Sachs employees recruited two men to get jobs at Hartford, Wisconsin-based Quad/Graphics print shop and steal advance copies of BusinessWeek.
"The workers then tipped the two masterminds to the names of companies discussed favorably in the magazine column so they or cohorts could buy stock in those firms before the share price moved higher on the positive news, according to the SEC."
