Money or candy in the eggs?
I've always thought about watching where the neighbors hide the eggs with money...
Speaking of eggs...I'm just waiting for the roast duck to finish cooking.

Don't you live in Utah?
Hope it was early morning... Or did they bake in the sun?
LOL!
The people around here use those plastic eggs and put money in them. There's always crying and pouting about who got more money... Makes for noisy Easter neighbors.

Well I bought candy for the grandkids. I made the mistake of thinking they liked the "Whopper Robin Eggs"...til they decided to use them as ammo in their slingshots.
Won't be getting those next year. Peeps are not as dangerous.

Peeps are only dangerous if you pop the plastic and let em sit for 2 weeks (or more).
Then they are deadly.
But tasty. Well...sort of.

I got nothin'. Don't celebrate Easter. Just another day to me. I did see Scary Movie 4 though, which by the way, sucks horribly.

No, I wasn't. Someone insisted that it was funny, way funnier than the first ones. So we went, watched it, and I pretty much had the same opinion as beforehand.

Peeps, Cadburry eggs, Candy Hearts, and pretty much any other holiday candies (Easter and V.Day) are on the same shelf of discusting foods such as: Rocky Mountain Oysters.
My favorite candy is and will always be: Reeses Peanutbutter Cups and Skores.
Holiday candies are just nasty.

Easter celebrations move beyond bunnies, eggs
Elevation Church, Northlake Mall offer unusual events

Easter on steroids?
Looking to turn heads and win hearts, Elevation Church in Matthews will mark its first Easter at 11 a.m. April 15 by dropping 50,000 eggs from a helicopter hovering over the football stadium at Charlotte Christian School on Sardis Road.
Church folks plan to figure out today how high up the helicopter can go to drop the eggs without cracking them. Relax, mom and dad. The eggs are plastic. And kids will be kept back until the last one hits the turf. Then those up to age 12 can race onto the field and scramble for the 400 eggs that'll be worth a prize.
Pushing the Easter egg hunt envelope beyond stuffed bunnies, Elevation plans to give away one flat-screen TV, two Xbox 360 video game consoles and 10 iPod Nanos.
"We just wanted to have an Easter egg hunt that's a little bit different, a little bit edgy," said the Rev. Larry Brey, whose garage in Indian Trail is packed with eggs. "So people will say, `They're doing what?' "
They might be saying the same thing Saturday at Northlake Mall.
From 2 to 4 p.m., the new north Charlotte mall will fire 60,000 green, yellow and white marshmallows from a confetti cannon (20,000 for each of three age groups), with prizes from mall retailers.
