I think it's great! Not because I particularly like the image. It's subject matter is completely out of my realm of experience. But because YOU, D-frag are a consummate professional working everyday in this industry. This is a piece designed for you by you. I'm absolutely sure that every aspect of this design was carefully considered by you and represents your artistic vision. The roundness of the text, the vertical 'lines', the color scheme. They are all your vision of what this piece is all about, so how can it be bad? Of course this is just my opinion and like the ones expressed above worth exactly what you paid for it, in other words nothing.

Kool, Im not so sure I understand what your trying to say. are you saying that because he is a designer and this piece if for himself that is can't possible be of poor quality. Im not so sure I agree with you. And I am NOT 'absolutely sure that every aspect of this design was carefully considered' if that were the case it would have a better sense of harmony.

but as you stated in your post that is just my opinion and that my friends is not worth much!!!

The main thing that bothers me is the low res images. They look like they have a lowsy compresion. JMHO.

LOL, kool :D

What about moving the coffee bean logo to the top right and centre the rest. The image of the $ is weird looking. I like the simplicity too, but something isn't right.

What about the brown font; I like the font just not that and brown lines of coco, less browns. What about duplicating the venue twice once at the top at once at the bottom

take the kids to see a replica of what never was...

you might been showing that coffee house in the wrong light....do they want drug referrences in their ads?

i like the idea but i don't like the colours you used (too many different shades of brown), i also don't think it's easy to read maybe there's too much going on in it

i just moved to california from az...

i lived on 68th & camelback...then moved to mesa & brown...then moved to 44th & baseline...

then moved back to california. that's crazy- we could have crossed paths and not even known it.
