Ok, I have about 2 days of experience with "designing", I made this really quick, I used free hand tool for most of it. I know it sucks but don't flame too bad.

Yea its Hugely crap, I know. I seriously got the program 2 days ago. and did this just as a quick 1 hour project, I just thought I'd put it up here. (notice "designing" was in quotes)

what is the thought behind the piece? Just curious. Everybody starts somewhere, so don't feel bad about having a learning curve. ;)

i might be making a shot in the dark here, but is this a school assignment??? I see the use of transparency, gradient, texture, text, and drop shadow all overly deliberate. Almost like "class use these in a illy assignment"

He's using DrawPlus4. And probably just used all the easily found bells and whistles.

It is supposed to be a image for my friend's band, Its really not supposed to make any sense. Yes I did use Drawplus 4 for this image. I know its bad, not even, the mustache is VERY poorly done, I know, but then again I just started working with these type of programs and am only 15. I since have learned to use other tools other than the free hand tool. Thank you for so many replies!

Mate - keep it going - dont be put off by whats been written on here - keep submitting - show us what you learnt.
Take it easy
