I'm working on the layout for a book and I want to place at least some of the images now but unless all the text is done and I start from the begining of the doc I'm going to have to move them around. Is there a way to place them in the text boxes so they move w/ the text?

Assuming InD CS or CS2 as the layout program in question?

You can place an image in-line in text but ID2 doesn't wrap to such an object.
To try it, put your curser where you want the image to fall in the text, and choose file>place. You'll notice what happens to the line kerning...If you have autokerning on you'll get gaps, If you don't, text will write over the in-line image.

Check under InD help for "inline frame" for other options on positioning.

Very limited tool. One of the downsides to InD.
