but i found it bizzar to read an english slogan in a german site (i'm not sure about the language)
why don't uou make another english mirror site?

Hmm, first thing its not german (it would have .de ending) its Dutch (Holland) language, and as I know allmost all people in Holland speak english, so i dont find it 'bizzar' as you wrote.
My opinion on site: i dont like the colors so much, i dont think they fit too much. Your logo has 3 colors: orange, silver and white, so why not just using them? The green color just doesnt looks so well. Second thing, why there is grass everywhere? Are you offering a grass-cutting machines? Or is it because you are from Holland and its legalized :) ? I think you should have more related (on webdesign services) header on your site. Work more on the icons on the left in portfolio. I think you should make your site more cleaner, softer colors, less buterflies and clocks..... dont forget you are in the year 2006, this site is several years behind...

I'm sorry but this site was out of date 5 years ago. The butterfly is really distracting and adds nothing to the design. There has to be a reason for every element that you put on the page. Why is the nav is flash?

All in all it seems like a poorly thought out and poorly executed concept. Sorry but I really don't like it

NewEra, thats a little insulting, i would be insulted if you mixed up the .au and .nz extensions, even though New Zealanders speak the same language.
bizzar? it seems no one can spell correctly either ;)

I'm not concerned about the grass, it gives an image of growth, health and freshness.

I thought I recoginzed that language (had a Dutch lady voice some videos for me last year). Even if the Dutch do speak both, I'd still find it slightly jarring to go back and forth in the middle of a paragraph. Just my 2 cents.

colour gamma not so good, have a look at footer. i can not see clearly:

I like the grass. It pulls the eye into the picture plane. Also it makes the site stand out from less textured sites, without going overboard. I would smooth out the movement of the butterfly though. The grass and the other textured areas are so subtle and nice, that the butterfly looks a little choppy by comparison. Maybe it's the white edge around the wings?

The footer could use a little something, where it's just white. I like to give footers more gravity than what's above. Good luck with your site :)
