Ooh. Didn't get that you have to push buttons in portfolio to view. I like it though and I may just be dumb. THe buttons are a good idea so that you don't get overwhelmed.

i am in the process of doing that right now, i did not know how to do that beforehand, but my friend taught me how to do that today.

hmm, did not think of that. just kinda threw that in with my other illustrator/logo stuff i dont really have an illustration section so i guess that is why i put it there. maybe on my next update i will add an illustration section.

I think your work is great. But I also think you could do without one less click or two to get to the meat of it in your site.

I have a popup blocker. Whatever you tried to do was foiled by that.

Your portfolio page took 10 chimpanzees to load. That's my max attention span.

Also I find the white text on your intro page very hard to read at the top of the gradient. You may want to think about shifting it down into a darker area...

i dislike how you used slices to display background of body. if you know html, i would rebuild the structure.

I feel that you could use some roll overs, nothing to flashy, just to make the buttons clear, I almost made the same mistake as jeizz. I think buttons should be clear as possible.

edit: How is cafe press working out for you? I find that the shirts are pretty low quilty garbage.

I have redesigned my website!

I think it looks better. I still have mechanics to work out on how I am going to lay out the portfolio pages to make them the easiest to view, but tell me what you think!

looks nice. Only thing I would change is the font on your portfolio links to something simple and classy. Also align them to the top, they appear at the bottom of the page for me. oh, and just a personal pref I like picture links to pop up in a new window or you could consider lightbox (I used that here (http://housepeople.docglass.net/cg_home.htm)) though I don't know if that would shut some people out... though if it doesn't work they would just link to the picture.

I am probably going to have an image swap on the portfolio pages eventually. Where you mouse over the thumbnail and i shows up in the blank space next to the thumbnails. I just need to learn it completely first, i am in the process right now. I though my pictures already opened in a new window.

Maziotti, I hear you are still learning some things, but when you get a chance, i would suggest that portfolio not only comes up in a window, but in a window that fits the size of the piece.

Many people do this, and then you simply click on the image itself to close the window. That's one possible option. I am hating the full browswer window pop-up to view a portfolio piece.

Loving the header though!
