Archiviz concept project

This is my first archivz project that I've taken on. It's going to be a pretty big job. Our client is proposing some resendential and commercial buildings for development. They surprised us a couple weeks back wanting a couple of concept renders of the two buildings with limited resources. I had some blueprints but not enough to fully detail the buildings as I would have liked to. Another thing was that it had to be done in less than a week, more like 4 days inlcluding render times. So I told them that I can do the models with it's basic look with some very basic texturing. I used a module called sketch and toon to get the pencil sketch look.

Wow Tyger that's great for the time you were given for completion. They must have liked it.

Our clients want the watercolour/sketch look so I combined the pencil style render and a colour render and merged it in photoshop. I still have to add more entourage but this is the direction I'll be heading....just one for now :)
