the design, look, colors, elements are great. Very nice. the coding is pretty clean on the html version and pretty solid on the flash version too.

It does take a while to load though and having some kind of portfolio or work section would probably be beneficial if potential clients are visiting your site.

the copy is a little too small for my ageing eyes, the page takes a while to load and there is now porfolio area, hey none of that matters, they rest of it more than makes up for it!!!

really great work, love those buttons, how did you do that?

Very cool stuff.

Minor comments. It is a little slow... I was looking for a skip intro button. Also, like the others, I wanted to see a portfolio of work.

I absolutely love the raising blocks...

However, many elements, such as the 'computer-chip-inspired' lines which border the content areas, the "three-dot" bullets, and the line-by-line typing accompanied by the noise are on my blacklist.

These design devices have been overdone, redone, and done some more. Your execution is spot-on - but the concept is lacking anything I haven't seen done a million times.

But your raising-blocks combine both innovation with great execution - and it shines.

I see on videodrome.com you have a lot of technology inspired themes as well. The design on this site created simmilar feelings as I posted above...and then I zoomed in on your text which comes off of the lines of the fingers...and that was all I needed to see.

Creating jibberish (first line is wzdzqudzwzdu...you get the idea) technology inspired text that "looks-cool" does not help communicate your message...and behind this technology theme on both sites - what exactly is your message?

It seems as though you are using your technical abilities as a crutch to support a rather inconclusive concept.

I prefer the HTML version of your site much more than your flash version, and I am not an anti-flash advocate by any means - I love plenty of flash sites. Although the three-bullet triangle thing is still present, I think you have provided much more clarity.

Not to mention, the rigid horizontals and verticals play nicely off of your logo in the HTML version.

The design behind your flash and html web sites are drastically different. Typically when a successful HTML version of a page is created, it mirrors the design concepts found in the flash version so that the message is consistent, only the delivery changes.

LOVE the raising blocks. However you advertise making websites visible, but the html version of your site doesn't really grab me as anything special. The site looks nice if you get where im coming from. It's a difficult balance to get, standing out without being garish but currently it's just lacking that special something.

I think the problems is that if you take away the blocks, there's not a lot of interesting things going on. THe HTML version is dull and doesn't grab you at all.

Obviously the blocks are the dog's - they look fantastic. You need to bring the rest of the design up to that level
