Hi I'm new here, I wanted to post a contest that this online web game I play is having, the contest to to redesign the interface so that the game looks like it is not from the early ninties. Where do I post this on these forums?

I saw a message at the top saying "no spec or contests" but I didn't figure it was for the entire forum. I thought maybe there is a place for it. Sorry to bother you.
