starting up my portfolio web site!

Hi I just wanted to get some feedback about my website before I continue, just want to know what others think about it...please leave your feedback.:confused:

Hi, nice site. nice and clean and simple. I hate design portfolio sites that go over the top. yours hasn't.

Only comments:

in the portfolio section, it'd be good if each item of work had a thumbnail or something in it's box.

on the menu, the "kristopher sookma graphic design" is too close vertically to the menu options. there should be at least another 3mm gap.

also, on my screen, the site seems like it's pushed over to the left, not centered.

the site is pretty decent, but as mentioned above, you need to get rid of "kristopher sookma graphic design" above the menu. it looks misplaced. and i would recommend to remove the menu at the bottom aswell, one menu should be enough. oh, and you need some more space for the text aswell, it's way to close to the left. maybe you should move the text so it aligns with the "home" button?
i just noticed something else aswell.. in the header, where it says "great designs, innovative ideas" the "ns" in designs and the "s" in ideas, are out of line. did you do this on purpouse?
the overall design is good though, but i cant see nothing "special" about it.
my rating: 4/10.

I didn't read any further - Graphic designers with typos - no jobs.

I speak from experience.

Other than that, it looks OK, but I'm seeing it as a little washed out
