I'm amending some old flash movies that where made last year by someone else, they contain lots of images, about 12 per movie, the trouble is that the images seem very jerky, I've up'ed the frames but still get jerking, I also have to try and keep the files size down inorder keep bandwidth low, can any one make any suggestion as to why of how I can fix the problem? The original movies are here Hotel on the park (http://www.hotelonthepark.com/bedrooms.aspx)

Try turning the frame rate up on the Flash movie, back in the old days, it was advisable to stick to lower rates, but with faster and faster computers these days, you can kick it up a bit.

UPDATE: And I just noticed you already said that....duh, I can't read.....

Also, if you know Actionscript, I find that using Actionscript to move/scroll images around looks considerably more smoother than the normal "tween" way (unfortunately it's way more time consuming).

I'm no flash expert, but in the past, I noticed that PNG images tended to be a lot smoother when tweening them.

That's just my 2 cents.

I thought this was going to be about Slim Jims!

Speaking of slim jims, on their website (http://www.slimjim.com/index.jsp) they have a downloadable slim jim stencil, now who on earth is lame enough to use that thing?

Thanks skater. I have like two projects that will use this slim jim stencil.

1. Logo for a club of skinny guys named Jim.
2. Ad for men with small penises.

I take offense to that. Every wall in my apartment is covered with slim jim stencil logos, thank you very much.
