basically what you think, impression,..
i'm making this ws for college, just started.
also my first xhtml page. using div's/css for layout

The layout is good, it just doesn't have enough wow. It's kind of boring.

1. Get rid of the blur on the "perfection Within"

2. Use a better font on the menu

3. Condesnse it a little bit. I hate having to scroll side to side.

4. maybe add some graphics instead of just plain text. change background color?

ps layout is scalable, works from less than 800x600 to 2500xWhatever

blur text is a deco, i'll probably change that pic later).

also when you resize screen, bits of paper on right and left stick to sides, overlaying with the pic in the middle(one with perfection).

i'll upload it when i finish inner structure and fill it up abit.

background, dont want to change from white.

Its clean. But a little too tight. Could use some more air or space between columns.

The top graphic is a little tall. Remember, if that is static, it is unused space which means people have less space below to see the real content. I think you could make it shorter yet still convey the style.

Also, the site is a bit wide, even for my 30" monitor. GDF has a very workable width.

umm maybe higher padding in middle column.. i'll try to make graphic strip more narrow. but it will be on home page only.

ok i think i'm preety much done with structure, layout's going to be tweaked as site is filled up.

i am getting strange error,
"syntax error line 4 char 3"which comes up on each page. also it's fine while on the pc.
anyone knows what it's about? everything is in order in the code.
i guess it's something to do with geocities.

also i've written it to comply with xhtml, but published as html transitional doctype to see whether error is coming from that.. makes no difference:(((
