 I have Illustrator 7.0. I need to embed my fonts in my files as an EPS, and PDF. Thank You:)

For the EPS, if the text will not need editing, I would suggest converting all text to outlines, then you don't need to worry about embedding. You can keep your text intact in a .ai file, and then just save the outlined fonts version as an EPS.
For the PDF, High Quality (or High Quality Print, or Print Quality, depending on the Acrobat version you're using).
Hope that helps.

Select the type, go to the top menu Type, then Create Outlines. A warning though, once you do this the type will be uneditable.
As for embedding fonts in PDFs, I’m pretty sure this is an automatic thing. Check through the PDF setting when saving to PDF and make sure font embedding is on. It should be by default.
Another warning. Make sure to keep your original .ai file. When you save it as a PDF then need to make a change later it will most likely end up changing the file in ways that only Adobe knows why. There is an option in the PDF setting to keep the file editable, but this creates a larger file. The safest way to go is to keep the original as a .ai and do a “save as” for a separate PDF file.
